Both of them were fantastic, professional, and entirely pleasant to work with. I am only giving this dealership two stars—and I only returned to finish purchasing my 2024 Accord Hybrid—because I wanted to ensure Angel got his commission. The management team, however, is a completely different story. My experience with the sales desk was incredibly frustrating. After my initial test drive and credit application, a Sales Manager literally threw my file in the trash after just one day. They absolutely refused to negotiate on a vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for 26 days and had an open safety recall. I didn't have time to complete the deal the first day I test drove the car, so Angel arranged for his coworker to wrap things up with me the next day. When Iyman Imam and General Sales Manager Mike Youssef stepped in to close Angel's deal, their tactics felt incredibly slimy and dishonest. It was so off-putting that I actually walked out of the dealership that second day without buying the car. I returned the next week and closed the deal with Angel even though Sales Management refused to meet my pricing request. I later reached out directly to the General Manager, Mike Russell, to provide this feedback and see if they were willing to make things right for a customer. Instead of addressing his team's toxic sales culture, he was completely dismissive and accused me of trying to "sell" survey results. Buy from Angel, but be prepared to play exhausting, old-school dealership games the second your file hits the manager's desk. More

Dealership has good amenities and is in a decent location, yet some of the staff such as Tamer Alrifaee were horrible to interact with. Tamer Alrifaee was rude, condescending, and demonstrated poor location, yet some of the staff such as Tamer Alrifaee were horrible to interact with. Tamer Alrifaee was rude, condescending, and demonstrated poor communication skills. He made me and my wife very uncomfortable with his odd mannerisms and aggressive behavior. His lack of professionalism was very apparent and it brings into question why this dealership would higher a disrespectful and dishonest employee. More
