This lack of coordination has caused unnecessary delays for a vital repair. Furthermore, the warranty provider (HondaCare) has suggested reusing oil-soaked hoses, which is a major safety concern. I would advise potential buyers to be very cautious and seek an independent inspection before purchasing from their used inventory. More

My 2016 Honda CRV was due for an oil change. Since the last oil change, the prices of service had significantly increased. Not only did this save me an additional 20%,, working with Steve Ayoub was great. He was though and polite. He knew what he was talking about in recommending service my car would need in the future. Also one of your employees, which I think was part of your "concierge service," and I think his name was Matt??? was also very helpful. I found the entire experience at Honda of North Hollywood one that saved me money, got the job done quickly, and was educational as well.
