My 2016 Honda CRV was due for an oil change. Since the last oil change, the prices of service had significantly increased. After doing some research, I ended up going back to Honda North Hollywo Since the last oil change, the prices of service had significantly increased. After doing some research, I ended up going back to Honda North Hollywood, which had the best price and a special they called:their "Happy Hour" service special." Not only did this save me an additional 20%,, working with Steve Ayoub was great. He was though and polite. He knew what he was talking about in recommending service my car would need in the future. Also one of your employees, which I think was part of your "concierge service," and I think his name was Matt??? was also very helpful. I found the entire experience at Honda of North Hollywood one that saved me money, got the job done quickly, and was educational as well. I'll be recommending to some of my friends that they take their Hondas in for service during your "Happy Hour" Service, which left me feeling very happy. Your's truly, EL Goldstein More
