I would avoid this dealer. We told them from the start which vehicle we wanted, that we did not want add ons, and that we had a car to trade in. Once we arrived, they presented We told them from the start which vehicle we wanted, that we did not want add ons, and that we had a car to trade in. Once we arrived, they presented $2,000 to $7,000 in additional charges that we had not seen in the online listing. The salesperson never gave us a clear answer about the trade. Instead, he kept presenting numbers that did not add up. At one point, it appeared we would have to pay off our current car in full as a down payment. At that point, trading it in made no sense. Even when we considered buying their car without a trade, he was adamant that he would not work with us on the price. The deal presented in person did not match the advertised price or promotions. It felt like the kind of bait and switch pricing California is trying to prevent. More
