Joey did not meet with me till 20 min after by appt time. I was told an estimate of 1.5-2.0 hrs. After over 2, I tried to ask how much longer. Joey wouldn't tell me so another service employee inquired with I was told an estimate of 1.5-2.0 hrs. After over 2, I tried to ask how much longer. Joey wouldn't tell me so another service employee inquired with the mechanic who said 20 more minutes. 1 hr later I'm texted a message with additional problems. Joey doesn't ever come over and discuss the issues. It took 3 hours instead of 1.5-2 I was quoted. More
