The required service on my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid was completed by experienced Airport Honda Marina service mechanics. But concerning part of my auto service experience was the fact that I was given an completed by experienced Airport Honda Marina service mechanics. But concerning part of my auto service experience was the fact that I was given an 8 am. service appointment by the service advisor, with a service completion period of no more than two hours. Despite showing up for my service appointment on time at 8 am., and expecting to receive a phone call from Honda service by noon, that my car was ready for pick-up, I never received that call. When I phone Honda service at around 5 pm., I was told that service on my was completed and service would be closing by 6 pm. It is disappointing to discover that I never received a phone call from Honda service that service on my car was completed long before I discovered it was completed when I called at the end of the day. More
Shawn was very helpful to me yesterday when I arrived at 5:30 and needed a new tire! He made the process very simple and I was done by 6:00. This dealer has changed since we bought our car in 2010. We used to get competitive pricing on oil changes etc and no hard updates. Now they are dong a tire tray scam that basically tells you your tires need replacing, also AAAreplaced my battery two months ago and they wanted to sell me a new battery. All of the fluid flushes and replacing were extremely overpriced and when I complained about air conditioner fluid top off costing $300.00 he said he would throw that in at no cost....then of course the air conditioning recharge machine was not working ...amazing coincidence. The service visit cost us $1240.00 ,and independent service center would be about $400.00 if that. We won't be back. More

They continuously recommend service items that are not necessary. My recent visit they told me I needed new breaks and rotors. A $800 service item. While Lyle (Service Mgr) was the one who checked me in, it was a serviceman who told me my car was not safe to be on the road. He said I needed to spend 4,330.00 before I put my car back on the road.
