While Lyle (Service Mgr) was the one who checked me in, it was a serviceman who told me my car was not safe to be on the road. He said I needed to spend 4,330.00 before I put my car back on the road. I had to call my usual service man Jeff to find out what was going on because I am always taking good care of my car. It was then that I learned what should have been said was “future” maintenance that will be needed. I absolutely DO NOT want that serviceman helping me with my car again! His name is Johnny.
