Reached out on Tuesday and worked with Daniel. Requested a quote and was given a verbal quote but the paper quote said something different. Spoke with a rude salesman standing under the tent when I arrived. Asked for Daniel and he said he’s not here and what do I want. No offer to get his manager just a simple what do you want. Got back in the car and Daniel confirms he’s not there. The car I wanted was on the street display and no one was notified that a customer ready to give them money. Something so simple ruined by rudeness and incompetence. Good job Rock Honda. More

I came in around noon to explore my lease options, thinking I was nearing the end of my current lease on my 2024 Honda Prologue Elite, which I absolutely love. Raphael assisted me initially and was great, professional, helpful, and welcoming. However, my experience completely shifted when I spoke with Sales Manager Cedric. For context, when I leased my current Prologue in 2024, I put $0 down with a credit score around 650 and secured a payment of $865. At the time, I was making about $90K. Since then, my situation has improved significantly, my credit score is now around 730, my income has increased, and I have a perfect payment history. I have never missed a payment and often pay extra. Despite all of that, I was told I would need to put $8,000 down and take on a $1,100 monthly payment to get into a new vehicle. That made absolutely no sense given my stronger financial profile and loyalty to Honda. The difference in service compared to my previous experience was night and day. I left feeling frustrated and honestly like I was being taken advantage of rather than helped. It did not feel like my best interest was a priority. This is my second Honda lease, and I have been a loyal customer since 2022, but this experience made me seriously reconsider returning. I would much rather work with someone who is transparent and customer focused. At this point, I am open to taking my business elsewhere, because with my current credit, income, and payment history, I know I have better options. More
Salesman was awkward and quiet, almost as if he was done with the job. Didn’t provide a tour of the car, so we had to ask him questions to get an answer. Insisted several times to run my credit even though I wanted to pay cash. After he finally conceded, he began to add up features that I know already came with the car. He added on the price of the alarm system for a keyless car. How can a keyless car even function without an alarm system? He added on the plastic that was on the door. Overall, he ended up adding over 5k to the price. Then, he went to talk with his manager and said he would get rid of a few add-ons only to raise the price 1k more. So 6k extra. This was several times after asking what the total price would be for over half an hour. Complete waste of time and horrible and unprofessional salesmen. He cursed at us and said that we would take the price if we were real men. HA! More

Freddy (Sales) – In helping my daughter (over the course of about a week) I had talked to Freddy several times about price and what I was hoping to get in comparing to another Honda dealership. Freddy was super patient and understanding and walked me through a couple of options. Ultimately we decided Freddy was going to deliver what he had promised and we drove from Long Beach just to Fontana to purchase the Honda CRV Hybrid in the color she wanted. Have to admit I was nervous that we would show up and maybe the price would go up but Freddy came through like a champ! The other Honda dealer provided no movement on the price and Freddy truly worked with us. Freddy even helped us get a great deal on cargo tray and seat mats. Excellent customer service! Manuel (Finance) – explained everything in detail and processed my daughter’s paperwork pretty quickly. Excellent customer service again! We are a Honda family – all of us drive Honda’s which are quality cars. This was our first time working with Rock Honda and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Freddy for sticking to your promise and giving my daughter the car she really wanted at a very fair price. More
I love this dealer I been customer since 2005 back when they were at Sierra. Every time I need a new car Rock Honda is my dealer. Always have great staff and become my new friends. I got two new cars in th they were at Sierra. Every time I need a new car Rock Honda is my dealer. Always have great staff and become my new friends. I got two new cars in the last 2 months. Albert and Ed were my last sales associates. They were wonderful always made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. Rock Honda is super in customer service. My service advisor, Arif, is always ready to do everything to satisfy his client. Service done is always fine with minimum amount of time spent.
