I was charged $190 just to have a technician look at my window. It would have been nice to know that I was going to be charged that right away. The service guy came back to me and told me to replace the window. It would have been nice to know that I was going to be charged that right away. The service guy came back to me and told me to replace the window blind in the back, that part alone would cost $791. I told him no I don't want that so no reason for the technician to view. I left still paying $190. More
