Over a week’s timeframe, Chris was patient with my requests, while keeping me to get me into my new 4Runner, with all of the options that I wanted. The dealership will not work on price an push warranties hard. My transaction took place at the end of the day and they wouldn't replace a dead battery, missing bolt or compromise on bad tires.
