Chris (salesman) and Zach (manager) went out of their way to get me into my new 4Runner, with all of the options that I wanted. Over a week’s timeframe, Chris was patient with my requests, while keeping me to get me into my new 4Runner, with all of the options that I wanted. Over a week’s timeframe, Chris was patient with my requests, while keeping me up to speed on what new vehicles were inbound, their options, arrival dates, etc. Zach gave me an outstanding offer on my 2001 4Runner trade-in and made sure he took care of me with options on my new 4Runner, when there was a hiccup on vehicle availability on the day of purchase. Chris and Zach are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and truly went “above and beyond” for me. They made my new vehicle purchase not just pleasant but enjoyable. They are consummate professionals, who did a stellar job representing both the Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas dealership and the Toyota brand. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told (in a video from their own salesperson, Chris) that it included a dash cam. That was part of why I agreed to move forward with the purchase sigh told (in a video from their own salesperson, Chris) that it included a dash cam. That was part of why I agreed to move forward with the purchase sight-unseen. When the car was delivered to my home, I discovered the dash cam was not there. The salesperson even admitted he “made a huge mistake.” Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership turned it around on me and said I should have “done the leg work” and that the 8-hour delivery they chose to do somehow excused their error. To make things worse, I also discovered functionality issues with the driver-side window immediately after delivery. Their response? Not to fix it — but to tell me I could “drive it back yourself and maybe speak to a manager.” I have never experienced customer service like this — being misled about a feature, blamed for trusting what I was told, and dismissed after the sale. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that stands behind their word and their product. More

Chris was great to work with and never made me feel stupid or pressured. As a single woman buying a car alone, this is important for me. I was not as impressed with finance. He was great and nice until stupid or pressured. As a single woman buying a car alone, this is important for me. I was not as impressed with finance. He was great and nice until he offered me a lower interest rate only if I bought gap (which I already had through my insurance carrier) and an extended warranty. It’s frustrating that the better interest rate was only available to me if I added on about 4K to my total financed. Overall, I love my car and Chris was excellent. More
