I know I'm in Monroe, LA, trying to buy a vehicle long distance BUT, I found one at a good price. Didn't haggle over the price, just tried to buy the car. Spoke to Zech Terrel on Monday morning and I th distance BUT, I found one at a good price. Didn't haggle over the price, just tried to buy the car. Spoke to Zech Terrel on Monday morning and I thought we started off on the write foot, but he did not communicate with me like he said he would and I had to call back the next day. Here we are on Wednesday and I have someone else calling me to tell me they sold the car. Zech never asked if I wanted to put a deposit on the car. I would have immediately. I tried to call the sales manager too, no call back. The customer service on this one was bad. The communication was terrible. So now I have to start over. I don't recommend Norm Reeves from this experience. More

Information could’ve been a bit more clear, but the enthusiasm was there.
