Here we are on Wednesday and I have someone else calling me to tell me they sold the car. Zech never asked if I wanted to put a deposit on the car. I would have immediately. I tried to call the sales manager too, no call back. The customer service on this one was bad. The communication was terrible. So now I have to start over. I don't recommend Norm Reeves from this experience. More
