I experienced problems with an AC repair on my 2012 Ford Fusion which proved extremely difficult to diagnose and fix and resulted in Klaben Ford having to keep my car for 7 weeks. Sean Bradford and Shelby Fusion which proved extremely difficult to diagnose and fix and resulted in Klaben Ford having to keep my car for 7 weeks. Sean Bradford and Shelby appreciated that this was a most unusual situation and kept in touch with me regularly. I don't think I ever went more than two days without getting a call to give me a status report on the vehicle. In addition to providing regular updates, they insisted on providing a rental car for me once it was recognized that it was going to take an abnormally long period of time to complete the repair. The regular communications and updates that they provided assured me that they had not forgotten about me, and their willingness to work with me on a repair that turned out to be a true "head scratch" speaks volumes about the culture and commitment to service at Klaben Ford. The service technicians are unsung and anonymous, but I'd like to thank them for always fixing what they set out to fix. I've never had a problem with the repairs of the Klaben team in the five years I've been bringing my truck there. More

I drove 45 minutes from Youngstown to buy my vehicle @ Klaben Ford Lincoln & continue to have it serviced at that location although there is a Lincoln service center closer to my home in Warren, Ohio. Feeling comfortable & valued as a customer means alot & the interactions I have had with various employees has been outstanding. People greet you with a smile,ask how you are doing .Comfortable waiting area, snacks, tv & clean restrooms.How many places do that anymore?? Willingness to help & expedient service is a plus! I've had nothing but positive experiences ! You get what you pay for & alot more!Great customer service, as always! More
