My A/C went out in my ‘25 AT4. Shawn checked me right in. A couple hours of troubleshooting and they found the problem. I dropped my car off for an oil change. I was greeted upon arrival and my service agent came right out to speak to me. They messaged me when it was done and I came back to get it. It too I was greeted upon arrival and my service agent came right out to speak to me. They messaged me when it was done and I came back to get it. It took all of 5 minutes to check out. They even had checked a tire that said low air pressure at no charge. Great service and kudos to Shawn Hooe for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. More
