Wed scheduled appt online, arrived and was told I could not wait for my truck on Wed. Re-scheduled for Friday and arrived at 7AM for my sunroof to be adjusted. I waited 2hrs, then went to ask about my tr not wait for my truck on Wed. Re-scheduled for Friday and arrived at 7AM for my sunroof to be adjusted. I waited 2hrs, then went to ask about my truck. I was told it was still parked and not started on. I told Krystal to just bring it around and I was taking it elsewhere to fix the sunroof. Krystal then came back and said O its on the lift and the tech said it was off my 3mm and he is adjusting it now. Total of 3hrs for a sunroof adjust is not very efficient. Very frustrating process between online scheduling and the actual dealership. More
