This was my first time using Wood and was very pleased from the start. I was greated on Saturday by the service advisor and set up appt for later in the week. Excellent! I actually got my appointment times messed up and showed up a day late but they were able to work me in. Unfortunately my truck was in the shop for 5 days and all that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the tech that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the techs couldn’t have been working on my truck all day every day. I did get 2 free oil changes because of the delay but GMC and the techs should have found this much earlier than they did. More

I was scheduled a time to turn in my car one month after the problem was found so the service dept could give me an electric car like the one I bought. When I showed up all the ev cars had been loaned out a the problem was found so the service dept could give me an electric car like the one I bought. When I showed up all the ev cars had been loaned out already. I was under the impression that I waited a month so that I could receive an EV car close to the one I bought, but all that was left were gas vehicles. I tried to drive the one they loaned me but it was too large for me to get in and out of easily. I then made an arrangement to take a gas vehicle the size of the car I bought. That has been almost a month ago. I am still waiting and I the people in the service dept desk not Krystal are treating me like its all my fault. So what do I do I can't get any good answers from the service Dept, who do I talk to to get this problem resolved. More

The service department is good; I am definitely not so happy with the 2025 Chevy Traverse purchase as it seems to have some unsettling issues (squealing brakes) that of course I get resolved for extra cos happy with the 2025 Chevy Traverse purchase as it seems to have some unsettling issues (squealing brakes) that of course I get resolved for extra cost - it has been that way since I bought it. The vehicle in general by year / make is having many engine - transmission problems and I do hope that is not the case for mine.
