Awful experience at Lexus North Miami. I was interested in a GX 550 they had on the way, and they asked me to put down a $5,000 deposit to secure it, which felt high, but I agreed and paid I was interested in a GX 550 they had on the way, and they asked me to put down a $5,000 deposit to secure it, which felt high, but I agreed and paid right away. To my surprise, they sold the car to someone else, claiming they got a cash offer, even though I had already made the deposit. This kind of thing is unfortunately typical of Miami dealerships. I stopped searching for other cars, thinking I had this one locked in, only to be left hanging. It’s the kind of move that shows poor management—trying to be slick but ultimately ruining their own reputation. Not only will I never buy from them again, but I’ll make sure to share my experience every time someone asks about this dealership. If they think these tactics are smart business, they’re dead wrong. All they’re doing is hurting their sales team and pushing away loyal customers. Lexus North Miami needs to clean up their act, or they’ll keep losing business for good. More

I found this dealer in Miami has the car i'm looking for, and so happy to talk and worked with Anna & GX550 premium plus and waiting list 6m-1 year. I found this dealer in Miami has the car i'm looking for, and so happy to talk and worked with Anna & Jhan, they spoke and answered all questions, professional to work with, even they did not give any deals, deposited and asked to pay full amount before car coming. But i'm satisfied with my car and hired to ship the car back to TX my own. More
