My husband and I came to see the team at Klaben because we were stuck in a horrible situation with a different dealer. The level of hospitality shown to us by the team at Klaben was unmatched by any exper we were stuck in a horrible situation with a different dealer. The level of hospitality shown to us by the team at Klaben was unmatched by any experience we’ve ever had with another dealer in our lives. The way we were treated by the entire team at Klaben is a testament to the culture they have within the company. Rich, Christine, David, (and I apologize I cannot remember the name of the lovely woman who helped us with our paperwork) were all exceptional. Even the team members who were simply walking by made it a point to stop and say hello and see if there was anything we needed. Based on how we were treated, we will never go anywhere else for our cars in the future. Thank you to the team at Klaben! More

My experience with Klaben sales and service absolutely goes beyond incredible! I purchased a used certified Ford Edge from David Mitchell a couple of years ago and ended-up with a persistent problem after goes beyond incredible! I purchased a used certified Ford Edge from David Mitchell a couple of years ago and ended-up with a persistent problem after the warranty ended. I appealed to Klaben for help, because of the persistent nature and the expense of repairing a problem that I was unable to resolve on my own (headlight issues). I was absolutely shocked with how receptive, understanding and helpful David was in taking responsibility for resolving the problem. Over two years after my purchase and without any warranty, he worked with a very knowledgeable Klaben Technician/Mechanic (Ryan D'Achille) to repair the problem at absolutely no cost to me. I owe David, the Technician, and Klaben Ford a significant debt of gratitude. Before this, I would have never believed any car dealer would go to the extent that Klaben did to stand by and care for a customer as they did in my situation. I have been a Klaben customer for over 25 years and I will never buy a car from anyone else! I highly recommend Klaben and David to anyone that is seeking a trustworthy car salesman and dealer to purchase from! More
