I been waiting for a better part of this year for a recall part with no communication from my service rep and no follow-up from service manager as promised. My Bronco is fairly new, and I have been rid recall part with no communication from my service rep and no follow-up from service manager as promised. My Bronco is fairly new, and I have been riding around with a squeaky truck for a significant amount of time. Commnication is lacking at this service center, and I am looking for a new Ford facility. My experience with the service center has been horrible. My advisor doesn't even get my car washed after service-not any of the times I sought service. More
