I purchased your car, traded in mine, refinanced my new car and paid Ford in full, had my title cleared and ready for For, all in a 4 day window. Your finance guy said "wow, there's a lot going on here." I said, "no, I'm just efficient.". Your people could learn something about efficiency. Other than their lack of efficiency and being up front, I love my new Bronco. I will need this Ford's service department, however, so I don't need to be targeted as a complainer. More
