I am writing to formally report deceptive business practices and a breach of warranty by the dealership. The dealership refused to honor their written 90-day/1,000-mile guarantee, forcing me to pay ov practices and a breach of warranty by the dealership. The dealership refused to honor their written 90-day/1,000-mile guarantee, forcing me to pay over $200 out-of-pocket at an independent shop for repairs that should have been covered. Furthermore, the dealership charged me above the agreed vehicle price, falsely claimed services were completed when they were not, and rushed the process by limiting the test drive to under two miles. They also failed to offer a pre-purchase inspection and violated state law by not displaying a legally required 'As-Is' Buyers Guide on the vehicle windows. Finally, the staff—spanning finance, management, and service—exhibited severe communication failures, ignoring my repeated calls for weeks regarding urgent vehicle safety concerns. We feel completely scammed by this establishment." Koons FORD OF ANNAPOLIS i did not see complete list of photos or name of dealership. More

The Ford brand is changed in my mind. For my 2020 Ford Explorer with less than 46,000 miles to need $4,000 worth of work for “known issues” (technician’s words) is ridiculous in my mind. For my 2020 Ford Explorer with less than 46,000 miles to need $4,000 worth of work for “known issues” (technician’s words) is ridiculous in my mind. While I had absolutely intended on looking at the Ranger or Maverick as my next vehicle purchase, I will not be looking at the Ford brand at all. For how much money I spent on buying this vehicle, I expected more. It is clear to me that the Ford brand is not looking to meet my expectations as a customer. Plenty of other brands to look at and purchase from. More

I found a better deal advertised a little farther away but figured I’d stop in and see what the local dealer could do. My exact spec wasn’t on the lot but they found it, beat the price, put me in a loaner but figured I’d stop in and see what the local dealer could do. My exact spec wasn’t on the lot but they found it, beat the price, put me in a loaner, and gave great service along the way until it came in. John and Phat worked with my busy schedule and even the aftermarket bedliner I added was completed to great satisfaction. Now my services will be local and I’m happy to have met two great gentlemen along the way. Thank you Koons Ford! More
