Charlita did a great job listening to what type of new car we were looking for. She showed us five different models and walked us through all of the features and capabilities of each model. HAs a thorough car we were looking for. She showed us five different models and walked us through all of the features and capabilities of each model. Koons Ford had just the right car on the lot and Charlita took a lot of time walking us through all pricing, employee discount and purchase details. We were able to get all of the paperwork done before lunch. She had our new Lincoln Aviator all prepped and ready to pick up that afternoon before close of business. She also has followed up twice to make sure things were okay. Very happy with the whole purchase process so far. PS: -- You need to fix your Survey to allow LINCOLN as the Make and AVIATOR as the Model instead of only Ford. More
