It looks like you are giving your service advisor double duty. He is now both a service advisor and a second rate cashier. I had a great experience with my oil change but not so good experience when trying to get my sunroof repaired. The loaner experience, especially, was awful. And the price for the sunroof service was astronomical at over $1,058 and $258 to diagnose what I told the service department was the issue. I wound up purchasing the sunroof motor on Ebay for $107 and installing it myself. More
