I regret purchasing a vehicle from Lexus North Miami. My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork was a crook and a liar, misleading me about the maintenance services that were supposedly included with my purchase. I later found out I had to pay $1,400 for the vehicle maintenance they initially claimed would be complimentary—on top of the $1,300 in dealership fees I had already paid. To make matters worse, the service department fails to meet even basic expectations. They don’t even wash the car after servicing, something most luxury dealerships offer as a courtesy. The lack of transparency, deceptive practices, and overall poor customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I deeply regret buying a car from this dealership and would not recommend Lexus North Miami to anyone. More
