I had some issues with my original salesman but Rallye quickly recognized my concerns... I have been dealing with Carlos Nieto, preowned Director. Carlos happily took care of all my issues. It is clear to me that Rallye makes customer service their main priority....I will only purchase all future BMW's only from Rallye.
