The journey began back in January when I ordered my dream car, and after months of anticipation, I finally took delivery this past Saturday. I had wanted an M4 for several years and was determined to get exactly what I wanted. In fact, I chose not to return to a dealership I had used in the past because they were pushing me toward a 2026 model when my heart was set on a 2027. Rallye BMW respected what I wanted from day one and helped make it happen. A huge thank you to Bert Vargas. From the moment I placed my deposit, Bert kept me informed every step of the way. Whether it was emails, text messages, production updates, transportation updates, or even telling me the name of the ship carrying my car, he made sure I always knew exactly where my M4 was throughout every stage of the process. What impressed me most was how personal the experience felt. Bert treated me like a longtime friend rather than a customer. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine excitement for my car made the entire experience fun and something I looked forward to. Buying a dream car should be exciting, and Bert made sure it was exactly that. I would also like to recognize Bobby in the Business Office. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you as well to BMW Geniuses Sauda and Marisol. I worked with both of them on separate occasions, and each was outstanding. Their knowledge of the vehicle's technology and features was impressive, and they took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with every aspect of the car. What truly sets Rallye BMW apart is the people. Every interaction felt genuine, personal, and focused on creating an exceptional customer experience. At no point did I feel like just another sale. Facility is not ADA compliant. Elevator is broken and used for storage. They claim they have plans to replace the facility, but must provide golf cart use to get up ramp in the meantime. They also low-balled offer on our '19 M-B GLC300 so radically ($12K) that we were advised by our buyers broker to sell to Carvana - we did ($18.5K). More
