I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

This has been the worst experience among many. I wasted so much time, effort and aggravation. Your service team made a very significant mistake in claiming my wheels were not original, sent me bac I wasted so much time, effort and aggravation. Your service team made a very significant mistake in claiming my wheels were not original, sent me back to Bayside, where I purchased the car, to be told they are in fact original and was sent back to Rallye yet again. This is not the first time experiencing mishaps with Rallye. During a previous visit the wheel was painted the wrong color and returned without BMW badge. On another visit with a different advisor, I was blatantly lied to stating the wheels were sent out for repair and a few days later they called asking for the wheel lock key because they couldn’t remove the wheels so they were never actually sent out. On a separate visit for tire rotation and alignment, my car was returned with the check engine light on, something that should have been addressed before pickup as I then had to leave it and return another day. Another waste of time. I expect attention to detail and high level service after having spent $85k+ on my vehicle. I asked multiple times to Frank, Brett and others for the team to verify their claim that my wheels are not original and I was brushed off and directed back to Bayside. I understand humans make mistakes but for not one person on the team to look further into it and redirect me outside shows a lack of leadership and expertise. This completely instilled distrust in your team and I would never trust any advice from your mechanics or advisors about my car. It made me question the integrity of the dealer where I purchased the car as Rallye insinuated I was sold aftermarket parts labeled as originals and has impacted my view on the BMW brand as a whole. I wasted countless hours of my time going back and forth to your service center to resolve this and still did not get the resolution I deserved. If a man would have been in my same situation he would not have been tossed back and forth to prove what was just. I spent four hours waiting for the wheels only to be looked at on one of the many visits at Rallye after Bayside already proved they were original. I sat and spoke with Chris Blanco on multiple occasions and left feeling very dissatisfied and frustrated instead of valued and supported. Kal, the service manager at Bayside (now Manhasset), handled the situation with much more grace and patience and made sure to research the part numbers and check the facts before jumping to conclusions and attended me quickly and swiftly. Despite the lack of expertise and service at your center, I do have to commend Tracy and the front desk staff including Jessica, Samantha, Julia and Alexandra, for noticing something was wrong and trying to help as far as possible even though there was nothing they could do. They showed genuine care. I am beyond frustrated and upset with my experience at Rallye and wouldn’t return after the poor level of service I received. More

We have had a wonderfully rewarding experience with Rallye BMW for over 25 years. We followed our Client Advisor, Bert Vargas to Rallye because he is simply the best.
