I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. Not thorough on first visit with tech issues. Was made to feel like it was me doing something or not doing something. Phone calls were not returned as promised in timely fashion, key battery was Was made to feel like it was me doing something or not doing something. Phone calls were not returned as promised in timely fashion, key battery was not changed on initial visit as requested, 'genius' was not able to work me through the issues and never calls as promised. Eventually I used AI to help flame diagnose and reboot and correct the issues. Frank was nice but i felt he was very condescending towards me and very defensive More
