Brought my car for routine oil change and state inspection, should be done within 1-2 hours. Waited for 3 hours, then got text message that the car had leak in rear differential. I was told I could inspection, should be done within 1-2 hours. Waited for 3 hours, then got text message that the car had leak in rear differential. I was told I could not drive the car, I was not provided with any loaner car or even shuttle back home. It took 10 days to get it repaired, but insurance approved the repairs on day 5! When I texted the advisor with inquiries about when the car would be ready, and that I was disappointed with my experience, his response was that all communications should be through the recorded line and that "I did not break your car" I will never go back to that dealership! More
