Facility is not ADA compliant. Elevator is broken and used for storage. Even if it worked it does not go to business floor, only from service area to a very steep ramp with new c Elevator is broken and used for storage. Even if it worked it does not go to business floor, only from service area to a very steep ramp with new cars on each side - very impressive visually, but difficult to climb for anyone with disabilities. They claim they have plans to replace the facility, but must provide golf cart use to get up ramp in the meantime. They also low-balled offer on our '19 M-B GLC300 so radically ($12K) that we were advised by our buyers broker to sell to Carvana - we did ($18.5K). More
