Our experience with Sierra Honda was very good. We purchased a used vehicle, and can only recommend Karen Goodwin for her excellent customer service. Oscar Linares was also very helpful when Karen was not available. Karen made sure to keep us updated while we waited for the vehicle to go through Honda's pre-sale process and be made ready for us to test drive. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and her calm communication made the somewhat arduous process seem pleasant and as easy as possible for us. The Finance Manager we met with, Alan Zheng, was also calm and professionally courteous He helped with explanations when we had questions. There was none of the hectic, aggressive tactics we encountered at other dealerships earlier this year, everybody we met was kind, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend Sierra Honda! More

This was the simplest, easiest purchase ever. Karen is the best and had everything ready in advance. Five minutes of signing contracts with Edgar and I was on my way!
