When I circled back to ask if she could match another offer, I got an answer in minutes with no drama. She didn’t pressure me, and she was the only salesperson across several dealerships that knew the car and features better than I did. I am grateful to have found her. More

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with while making my decision to purchase a Civic hatchback. From initial contact by email to the test drive to her patient explanation of all the features on the car my decision to purchase a Civic hatchback.
