She is very professional, knowledgeable, and her calm communication made the somewhat arduous process seem pleasant and as easy as possible for us. The Finance Manager we met with, Alan Zheng, was also calm and professionally courteous He helped with explanations when we had questions. There was none of the hectic, aggressive tactics we encountered at other dealerships earlier this year, everybody we met was kind, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
