You supposedly removed cabin air filter indicating it’s time to replace it, I was told $75.00,? I declined so your technician had to reinstall the old one and you got NO MONEY on that. If you really did remove the filter why not charge the consumer the price of the filter and make some money instead of no money. I guess when I was a service advisor I had a conscious, o could not charge some &40 labor for work that was done in one way or another More
