It was my first time going through the process and Ed was extremely helpful. He initiated conversation and helped me gain confidence in the process. Ed was great! Love Ed! Mechanic gave my car back with the headlight trim popped out and hood latch switch unplugged which caused keyless entry not to work. Hood la Love Ed! Mechanic gave my car back with the headlight trim popped out and hood latch switch unplugged which caused keyless entry not to work. Hood latch was mid adjusted also. After repairs I had to drop the hood pretty high for it to latch, I readjusted back to normal on my own when I got home. Due to the problems at hand when I got my car back I'm worried other things are screwed up that I can't see unless I take the car back apart. Fingers are crossed no bolts or clips are missing or broken and that everything was properly tightened down.. simple radiator fan motor replacement.. maybe techs need to cut less corners on warranty work??? More
