I did not appreciate some of the sales tactics. Especially regarding the warranty. Adam was fine. Whatever work was done by the body shop was definitely under exaggerated. When I asked for before pictures I wasn’t given any, so in the future I would like to see that. Aside from all of these things I am fairly happy with the truck I purchased. I understand that a decent amount of people that seek buying a vehicles at dealerships do so because they really need one. From my perspective I wasn’t one of those people with no other options. Thank you John for helping me get the warranty paperwork canceled. The cost of that was something I felt was hidden from me, and my mother did not catch it either. With the way she is about financials and paperwork that means it wasn’t strait forward. Please feel free to give me a call I and would gladly explain any of these things in more detail. More
