Unprofessional management and dismissive service.
The evening I went in to test drive & make a decision on a vehicle, I met a manager, Jimmy Groberski. If it wasn’t for Nicholas Shaffer, my encounter with Jimmy would have never resulted in a deal. Jimmy was extremely arrogant throughout my entire interaction with him. He tried to add on maintenance & extended warranties for over 6K on top of the offer I was given.
He was pushy & adamant on the $600 add ons of floor/cargo liners & wheel locks. I had made it clear I did not want those add ons as I can find high quality floor/cargo mats for much less. He stated he will “donate the floor/cargo mats to charity” after requesting removal of all add ons.
He brushed off any negotiations & exhibited zero respect for buying customers.
Mocking customers for questioning fees & advocating for the best deal is unacceptable.
A dealership’s management sets the tone for customer care and Jimmy G. demonstrated a total lack of respect for buyers.
The only reason I purchased an Acura was due to the rapport & incredible experience I had with Nicholas Shaffer.
If my first interaction was with Jimmy, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.
His unprofessional approach and rude behavior set for an unfavorable reflection of their management department.
He does not possess the leadership qualities one would expect in a management role.
