The sales person and other staff are typical in the process of getting you the car you want. As usual the paperwork takes way too long. Roseville Hyundai has a great staff. I was able to schedule my Santa Fe for routine service quickly. I had to drop the vehicle off the afternoon before my appointment the next day. My car was ready within an hour of my scheduled appointment time! Shon, my service rep was very friendly and professional and didn't try to push any unnecessary service. He explained everything thoroughly and even explained my remaining time and services included in my service contract. I highly recommend their service department for your Hyundai needs.
