If you want to make this right , please refund my $280 diagnostics fee. the van was fixed quickly and for a faulty part that your mechanic kevin didn’t even list as the problem. the recommended repair wasn’t a problem as shown by my new mechanic who showed no battery acid at all got into connectors. Looks like Kevin was trying to get a big billable hour job for the house to the detriment of the customer. i have used rocklin mercedes for years and thought i could trust them. knowing several mechanics that have left there has been eye opening. Please refund my diagnostic fee and we will go our separate ways.
