We started at West County Volvo, Tom was a very eager Beaver to connect with us in the parking lot. We told him the things we were looking for and he went to "look at his inventory." We waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before we went looking for him, he was with another customer and had forgotten about us. Cool. We left for Dean Team Volvo and met Pat at the door. He took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain the features, he answered our questions and listened to our specific requests. He didn't have a car that fit the list but he quickly located one at another dealership. Within three days he had the car claimed on our behalf and had it transported to the dealership. I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"!
