Always have a great experience at this dealership. I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with having to drive an hour to get there. They address my concerns and don't push services I don't want or need. I can't say the same for the service dept at other dealerships. More

They charge an extra 2% if you use a credit card to pay for service. Next time I’ll check other dealers re credit card fees and take my business to any that does not charge the fee for service.
