Really disappointed with Autohaus BMW, as I took my vehicle in on 4/5/2026 for emissions and oil change. I did not have an oil leak when I took the vehicle in. However, I was told on the visit ( and vehicle in on 4/5/2026 for emissions and oil change. I did not have an oil leak when I took the vehicle in. However, I was told on the visit ( and video) there was a slight leak. True enough when I arrived home and let car sit there was a leak. I scheduled service for 6/3/2926 due to travel to get the corrective maintenance completed. I picked up on 6/4/2026 and was told service was complete. I noticed on the morning of 6/6/2026, I still have that same leak. On 6/6/2026, I spoke with the advisor and the excuse was there was a lot of oil and we could not clean it up well. If BMW completed the service as they were suppose to, all parts would have been replaced. The only reason you cannot get the oil removed as that there is still a leak. Autohaus BMW should have kept the car until they were sure the corrective action they advised was complete. Sad thing, my family has been a customer for over 10 years. You would think I have earned the respect of Autohaus BMW to get the vehicle service right. So disappointing! More
