It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. Then I had to wait 2 hours to get the safety and emission test along with a battery registration ( which seems like it should not be necessary $100). Always have a great experience at this dealership. I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with I've been to other BMW dealerships in the area but have not experienced the same level of service. They are my preferred service provider even with having to drive an hour to get there. They address my concerns and don't push services I don't want or need. I can't say the same for the service dept at other dealerships. More
