Great experience at Kirkwood Audi with my purchase of a new Audi 2 weeks ago. The new show room is beautiful and well stocked with new and preowned Audis. Reconnected with salesperson Jasmin, who provided new Audi 2 weeks ago. The new show room is beautiful and well stocked with new and preowned Audis. Reconnected with salesperson Jasmin, who provided his usual friendly and personal, yet professional service in helping me select a new Audi. And so refreshing to avoid the “haggling” about purchase price since Jasmin and his sales support team had a purchase offer that was more than fair (I had done plenty of research). When my new Audi arrived, within only a few days of my purchase, Stan did a stellar job of explaining the equipment, features, and amenities of my new car. I bought the Q4 e-tron, my first electric car purchase, so I had lots to learn and get used to. And since purchase, Jasmin and Stan have provided responsive follow up with all questions that I had after my purchase. I would highly recommend Kirkwood Audi for any new or preowned Audi purchase.
