This was my third Silverado, but my first purchase from ELCO Chevrolet, and based on this experience, I have a feeling they may have just found themselves a repeat customer. I actually found Rick Weinstein the same way a lot of people shop these days: I did way too much internet research. His reviews kept coming up with the same themes—five stars, low pressure, takes care of his customers, and helps people get to a fair deal. After working with him, I can confirm the internet did not lie this time. Rick was patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with from the test drive through the final numbers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or like I was just another deal waiting to be closed. The rest of the team was just as good. Luke Purewal in finance explained the financing and protection options clearly without making it feel like I was defending a dissertation. Ali Khan helped me work through the aftermarket accessories and made that part of the process easy. Mark Gerecke handled the delivery and walked me through the truck and its features without assuming that because this was my third Silverado I already knew every button, screen, and setting. Everyone was helpful, professional, and willing to answer questions along the way. The best part was that the whole transaction felt fair and transparent. I feel like I got a very good deal on both the new truck and my trade, and I never had that familiar “what am I missing?” feeling that sometimes comes with buying a vehicle. Somehow, ELCO managed to make buying truck feel less stressful than ordering dinner for a group of people who all say, “I don’t care where we eat.” I walked in expecting to buy a truck. I walked out feeling like I may have found a dealership I can actually come back to for service and future purchases. That’s not something I say lightly. I would absolutely recommend Rick Weinstein, Luke Purewal, Ali Khan, Mark Gerecke, and the entire ELCO team to anyone shopping for a Chevrolet. More

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward. The staff at ELCO were respectful, kind, understanding, and efficient. The purchasing experience was excellent from start to finish, and they took every step to make me feel like I was the only person in the dealership those two days.
