My experience at Sunset Ford in Waterloo was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so welcoming and kind as soon as I walked through the door. I cannot say enough great things about Joe. I could talk to him all day long if I could- he was so personable and took the time to get to know me and my values. He is truly a wonderful person and most certainly an integral part of this team- he took a stressful time for me and turned it into an amazing experience where I felt at ease and never pressured to make a decision. Kyle is honest and so knowledgeable, he explained everything better than I could have asked for as a first time buyer. He gave me an incredible deal on my car and I am so appreciative for the time he spent taking care of me throughout the entire car buying process. They even brought over a car from their STL dealership just to make sure I could make the right decision. I left with a car I love and I would recommend Sunset Ford to anyone! More
