It was such a pleasurable experience from the moment we stepped onto the pre-owned car lot. Vito was the best sales representative and was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we wanted to review. He walked us through each vehicle, answered our questions, pointed out unique items on each SUV and then had them pulled around so we could test drive them. There was no hurry up or rushed feeling. Vito was there when we needed him and let us have time alone to discuss the vehicles and test drive them fully. Once we locked in on the SUV we wanted, it was an easy process from that moment to the finance office to close everything. My wife had not eaten yet, so Vito even provide her a protein bar to help her hunger pains as we were going through the final steps. Sam, the Finance expert, was a pleasure to work with. No hard sale tactics, just knowledge about the process. So great to go through this experience without pressure tactics or upselling antics. Truly a relaxed and enjoyable experience. More
