My full and honest experience with this dealership. This past Monday morning I sent an email to them via their website. I told them the stock number of the car I was interested in. I also told them what I was willing to pay for the car. I knew going in that a good deal is when both the buyer and the seller are happy with the final deal. I received an email back from the sales manager, Ninevah very promptly. She said she'd get back to me as quickly as she could. Sure enough, ten minutes later I received an email from her stating we could do a deal at my numbers. My wife and I went up to their dealership to drive the car. Upon entering Ninevah greeted us and could not have been nicer or more welcoming. She handed us off to a great sales consultant, Vasile. He asked us if we wanted coffee or a bottle of water while he pulled the car around for us to test drive. He pulled around and I knew I wanted the car the minute I saw it. We took it for a test drive and Vasile explained all the amazing safety technology and other features on the car. He knew the product inside and out.
After the test drive, we knew we wanted to buy the car. I offered two of our vehicles as trade-ins and I knew what I wanted for them. Vasile talked to Ninevah and what I wanted for the trades was a bit high. They were offering a number I thought was a bit low, but there was never any pressure the entire time. Ninevah suggested that she needed to speak with the appraiser and that she'd get back to me within a few hours. All in all a very pleasant visit. It's worth mentioning that literally every Napleton staff member we encountered there was amazingly and genuinely friendly. What a refreshing change of pace in this day and age. Several hours later I got an email from Ninevah that included a "deal sheet" which shows the buyer a complete breakdown of the numbers. It was a bit lower than I wanted but fair. I replied and told her I'd get back to her within 24 hours. Again, no pressure of any kind from her, she responded, great, I look forward to hearing from you. My wife and I talked it over and ended up going with the numbers Ninevah presented on the deal sheet. We agreed to come in and close the deal today, Thursday. I felt bad, because it was Vasile's day off but he said he'd be happy to come in and get the deal done. (Thanks for that V, we appreciated that)
We arrived at the dealership at the agreed upon time. Vasile greeted us and after some chit chat we headed in. He took us back to where our new car was all washed and shiny for a look see. I've purchased dozens of new cars over my lifetime and each time, it's always so neat to see it sitting there all shiny and bright. They did an amazing job getting it ready for delivery. We then did the pre deal paperwork at his desk. He was great about explaining everything and again, I stress, he really knows the product and details very well. They have this awesome Starbucks coffee machine there and I am a sucker for Latte's. I think I drank a double and 2 triples while we were doing our paper work. Ninevah stopped by to say hello and we talked for a few minutes. (I was caffinated to the max)
Once we finished up all the pre deal paperwork, we waited just a bit for the finance office to be ready for us to sign on the dotted line and close the deal. Once we got into finance, we met Luis, another super pleasant and easy to deal with professional.
I'd say we were in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes maximum. The new car was ours and we were ready to hit the road.
I wanted to stop by and say thanks to Ninevah for being such a straight shooter and making it so easy and painless to buy a new car. She's truly a delightful woman and like everyone else we dealt with there, a true professional. Thank you to her, Vasile, and Luis for making the process so awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Napeleton's Valley Hyundai. Great staff, fair deals, and no hassles. The people are over the top awesome there.CHEERS
