He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire process. He made sure we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He made us feel completely welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire experience, which made such a huge difference when making a big purchase like a car. Rose was equally amazing! She was so kind, genuine, and graceful and brought such a warm, homey feeling to the entire experience. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but JD and Rose made it feel exciting, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. I truly cannot recommend JD and Rose enough. They are wonderful people who clearly care about the people they are helping, not just making a sale.
