I had the pleasure in meeting and being helped by MEGHA THALLAM Not only was she professional, she was very thorough with helping me look, test drive, and eventually purchase the car I was looking at (via website). She answered my questions no matter how “simple” they were, for example asked her what kind of oil it has been serviced with conventional or synthetic, she said she didn’t know and instead of disappearing for 20-30 mins to find out, she told me hold on, picked up the phone and got me the answer within a minute Very easy to talk to, extremely friendly, as are all sales people but she was genuine. She hit my price range mark without me even telling her, and then got me an even better rate!! Also met Rose, who was very friendly and extremely professional and also super helpful with rates and prices (at the end of every deal there’s those last add ons, lol). But Rose worked with me to get it done, where I was happy. So, to start our search, at the beginning of the day I emailed 3 dealers to get a basis of our car purchase. By far Valley Honda received the best reviews and has a stellar reputation. In truth, we really didn't plan on buying a car the same day until we had the pleasure of working with Megha Thallam. This started with her full transparency in answering my question of "what will the OTD price be for a CRV Sport Touring Hybrid...". No immediate call, no "when can I get you in" but rather a straight forward answer to my inquiry. Needless to say, we didn't visit another dealership. When you know, you know and we knew. Then we met her. Gracious, humble and curious. Not words typically ascribed to sales people and this is coming from a sales person. She made it easy. After the test drive, my wife and I grabbed lunch, both agreeing Megha earned our business. Then we had the pleasure of working with Mari Frank from the Finance department. Yes you read that correctly! Mari was a pleasure to work with and made this large purchase painless and enjoyable. Now we are enjoying our new ride!
