I took my Porsche to the dealership for routine - DRS993

I took my Porsche to the dealership for routine maintenance and noticed a 2025 former loaner Macan parked in front of showroom for sale. I had been considering the purchase of a Macan for a while, and this vehicle was exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by salesman Mark Majors who offered to assist me. He provided the history of the unit and the asking price. I looked the car over and told him I would return to the dealership when my car was ready for pick-up. When I returned, Mark had the unit detailed and set aside. He had negotiated a lower price with his manager and suggested My wife and I test drive it. We ultimately purchased the vehicle, and Mark arranged for an operational briefing with technician Sean Han, who was patient and thorough with my wife and me. He even came to our home and set up all three of our vehicles with the garage door openers. We were also given two Porsche key fobs as thank you gifts.. Mark phoned me a few days later to see if we were enjoying the vehicle and asked if we had any questions or concerns. All of the staff we met at Porsche Nashville that weekend were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, which made our buying experience stress free. I would recommend Porsche Nashville to anyone in the market for a new or used Porsche.

From the moment I called Joey till the time I drove off the lot everyone made me feel welcomed and special! Benton, Justin and Joe went above and beyond. They made everything even more special as they knew it was my birthday. They went out of their way putting a big red bow on my new Escalade and told me happy birthday over and over. Justin is a saint…he sat in the car with me for almost 2 hours setting up onstar/pairing my phone and showing me how everything worked. He even offered for me to come back in a few days for a refresher and to show me MORE things I can do with this vehicle.

UPDATE to previous review: Randy, the GM, is the man and came through on everything, made everything right and went way above and beyond your normal customer service, especially these days. Not only did he fix all 3 issues, the speakers, the tire, and replaced the battery, but he also had someone drive almost an hour to pick up the loaner he lent us. This is huge since we have a newborn baby in the house, so making a 2 hour round trip anywhere is tough. Couldn’t recommend this dealership and especially Randy any higher than 5 out of 5, I’d say 10 out of 5! We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end.
