Jeff helped me order and purchase my 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid. We began the process back in October, and Jeff was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the process. The dealership also did a great job giving me a good price for my trade-in (another make). When my vehicle was available, he walked me through my options and pricing, giving me great advice along the way. Finally, the purchase transaction was smooth, he got all my questions answered, and took the time to get me set up with my vehicle before leaving the dealership. I live out of state and only wanted to work with a highly-rated dealer. I would not hesitate to make the trip to work with Jeff and this dealership again. More

Alan "Superman" Richardson was great to work with on my recent purchase of a Grand Highlander. He was really responsive to my many requests and helped me to find the perfect car for me. Jeff "Deputy Dog" Williams is an excellent Sales Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was n Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was not ready to purchase on three occasions prior to this transaction. I was treated as if I had made a purchase during each of those encounters. When I was ready to make a purchase, who to do that with as one of the easiest decisions I will make in quite some time. Jeff builds relationships, and that means everything to me. I have a choice of where to spend my money and I feel great about wanting to spend it at Toyota of Cools Springs. More
