Appointments don’t mean anything. I had an appointment and was told 1 hr wait. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be 2 hours. Then, I was told this dealership was recommending not to do the Hyundai recommended update for theft. Obviously, all the service staff was not on the same page. Morning wasted, poor staff training.
